Shipping policy

We aim to process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding major holidays when the post office is closed. If you place an order on a ship day, your package will most likely ship the following business day.

International Orders & Taxes
Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and VAT (Value Added Tax) upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we are not accountable for any additional fees or taxes imposed by customs.
Due to international laws, we cannot provide invoices that differ from the actual order value, as it is against the law for us to do so.
Incorrect or Undelivered Orders
If an order is returned or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs, reshipment fees, and any additional customs, duties, or taxes. Orders will not be refunded due to these charges, so please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your purchase.
