ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, unopened, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase. Please note, we are unable to accept returns on Nail Gel products due to their specialized and consumable nature.
Non-Refundable Items:
Gel products: We do not accept returns or refunds on these items.
Shipping & Delivery:
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you.
We are not responsible for any lost or misplaced packages once they have been handed over to USPS or any other carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for any issues related to shipping or delivery.
Product Condition:
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been opened or used.
